Now probably brought it to Southeast Asian nations like Cambodia, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Philippines, where the pitaya is still an important part of the diet. Dragon fruit has gained lots of popularity over recent years. It has become the fruit of choice for those who are concerned with health. Dragon fruit Shake:

Ingredients:

  • Dates (2)
  • Roasted peanuts (20grams)
  • Honey (1 tbsp)
  • Oats (4 tbsp)
  • Water (½ of glass)

How to prepare?

  • Step 1: Firstly, oats and dates soak for 5 minutes.
  • Step2: After that all ingredients put into the blender. Blend till it turn smooth.
  • Step3: Pour it in a glass and add crushed roasted peanuts and put a slice of dragon fruit on glass to give its final touches.

 

Note: Never mix the cow milk or other animal milk in any shake or smoothie. You should use coconut milk or soya milk. Animal milk is heavy for digest. You should make shake or smoothie without milk or use only coconut milk or soya milk.
